International Company 

Yandex

Hired as general contractor by Envista, the world's largest manufacturer of dental products, ARC implemented a full range of works in the company's headquarters with a total area of 1130 m2.

The interior has many functional art objects that exert a positive influence on the employees' emotional state: decorative lighting, bright metal ducts and acoustic-friendly plasterboard ceilings, one-of-a-kind pieces of furniture, as well as a custom-made reception desk, lockers, kitchens, bar counters and tables.
 
A sliding partition wall easily turns two meeting rooms into one spacious conference room, so that the space can be transformed to hold events of various formats. Each meeting room is equipped with a kitchenette.

Bright corporate colours (yellow and orange) are skillfully integrated in the interior colour palette. The Program Development Department has an entire wall covered with chalk & marker film with the image of minions (animated movie characters), which makes the office look less formal.

Envista

Danaher

The ARC company was contracted by the international biomedical research company Danaher to implement a project for the company's office with a total area of 800 m2. Besides the completion of the full range of works, ARC also faced the task of repairing the bathroom ceiling, which was in a dilapidated condition, by strengthening the intermediate slabs and erecting extra metal structures. 

The 5.5-meter office ceiling required the creation of a visually spacious workroom. The office is airy and full of light – thanks to the system of open ceilings painted white, as well as due to diverse lighting solutions that make it possible to adjust the lighting based on specific tasks. To improve the acoustic properties of the room, Ecophon panels were installed.
 
Another interesting feature is the backlit reception area with suspended dimmable tubular lights and a built-in pigeonhole cabinet used for storing correspondence. The office has a large meeting room equipped with a sound-proof sliding partition wall that can easily transform the space into two separate meeting rooms.

Michelin

The ARC company completed the works on the Moscow headquarters of Michelin, the world's largest tire manufacturer.
 
The office is designed according to a Living & Green Office concept; it is fit for various kinds of working activities and comprises areas for recreation and meetings. The reception area is notable for its parametric walls made of 3D wood slats. Almost all the corners of the room are rounded: this creates the visual effect of dissolved boundaries.
 
The "inflated" surfaces echo the shape of the Michelin Man, the company's official mascot. The office interior concept was based on the reinterpretation of rounded shapes and the use of polished steel, typical Streamline Moderne material.
 
Meeting rooms are built in various formats: large meeting rooms are named after planets and stars, small ones are dedicated to famous scientists, researchers and artists. There is also a library – the "zone of silence" used for quiet work.

The Michelin office was one of the most difficult projects in Russia in terms of engineering and technical components; its implementation, however, only took 4 months.

VMware

Hired as general contractor by the international IT company VMware, ARC performed a set of works on general construction, utility engineering and finishing, as well as created a detailed design for the office space with an area of 650 m2. 

The office shape resembles a ship deck and the colour palette of fresh spring-like hues (in accordance with the company's new brand book) met the idea of creating a light-filled, bright and optimistic space. 

The office comprises a reception area with a workshop room, meeting rooms, telephone booths and a coffee corner. The geometric and semantic centre of the space is a multifunctional zone – a smart combination of a café, a recreation area, desks, and a space for holding video conferences and negotiations. The open workspace is divided by niche sofas used for short meetings and private work. 

Non-conventional glass partitions and doors, as well as sound-absorbing solutions for walls and ceilings were used to enhance the acoustics of the meeting rooms.

The project is the Best Office Awards 2022 nominee.

Yandex market

ARC was employed by Yandex Market to implement a full range of works on construction, finishing and installation of utility systems in the company's office premises with a total area of 2400 m2.

The new Yandex Market office has a number of functional zones: open space, meeting rooms, a kitchen, and a recreation area. During office hours, the kitchen looks like an ordinary cabinet with a nondescript front; however, during the lunch break, it turns into a full-fledged kitchen with a dining area and a coffee point, where the employees can have a snack and discuss work issues in an informal setting.
 
The open-plan office is decorated with various plants in line with the concepts of Phytodesign. Psychologists say that the colour green helps with concentration, improves memory, and protects the human brain from stress and fatigue.
 
Linear and ring lights illuminate the office space, felt chandeliers decorate the meeting rooms, and wicker lampshades adorn the kitchen. A BuzziPleat LED lamp serves as a stunning decoration in one of the meeting rooms. Its architectural pleats maximise the sound-absorbing surface and ensure exceptional acoustics.

Absolute Premium

The ARC company completed a project for the setting-up of the Absolute Premium branch  with a total area of 400 m2.
 
As a general contractor, ARC performed the full range of works on dismantling, finishing works with construction elements of permanent structures and engineering equipment of office premises. 
 
As a result, a modern and comfortable office that reflects the specifics of the customer's business was created. The premium zone meets all the standards of VIP clientele.
  
Natural stone, wood, veneered panels, premium carpeting, luxury lamps – everything here looks refined and utterly stylish.

Kismet consulting

ARC has completed the project of Kismet's office space. This project is designed to combine a modern business environment with natural beauty and sustainability, emphasizing respect for the environment and creating a unique workspace for the company's employees.
The Kismet office is based on the eco-style concept, which includes the use of natural materials and natural elements in interior design. This style emphasizes harmony with the surrounding nature and creates a unique atmosphere of tranquility and comfort.
Wood elements play a key role in office design. The project utilizes natural wood surfaces, finishes and furnishings. This creates a warm and natural atmosphere, helps improve air quality and gives the office a unique character.
The Kismet office project was designed with employee comfort and productivity in mind. Open work areas, meeting and break rooms, and the use of natural light contribute to higher staff productivity and satisfaction.
The use of natural materials such as wood and stone is a unique creation that combines a modern business approach with natural beauty. 


Iskra GYM

Hired as general contractor, ARC performed a full range of construction and installation works on the setting-up of Iskra GYM, a new fitness centre in Moscow, with a total area of 1190 m2.
 
The gym walls are decorated with mirror panels that help visually expand the space. Suspended ring LED lamps ensure perfect illumination in order to make workouts feel more comfortable.
 
The reception area is decorated with neon lights and an algae-shaped chandelier that is custom- and hand-made from acrylic sheets. The chandelier's unusual shape and translucent details that account for the play of light and shadow make it a self-sufficient object of interior décor that looks spectacular even with the light off. The walls are decorated with images of jellyfish painted with special fluorescent paints with the use of UV light.
 
Indoor sports means that there are various kinds of loads that the gym floor is supposed to carry safely; that is why we opted for sports parquet with a shock-absorbing subsystem, and Flotex flocked flooring.

Avito

ARC implemented a full range of works of the Avito office space located at the address: Samara Region, city of Samara, Novo-Sadovaya str., h.160D, bldg.2. The total area is 670 sq.m.

Small in size, designed according to the Company'S brand book. As always, the well-thought-out design is characteristic of all Avito offices; it always involves something interesting, memorable and linked to the history of our country. The theme of this office is related to space, as the rocket on which Yuri Gagarin, the world's first cosmonaut, set off for the stars was assembled in Samara. The theme was brilliantly conceived; the meeting rooms were named after constellations and planets; the walls were painted by professional artists in a boundless cosmos theme.

Squire Patton Boggs

The ARC company successfully worked for Squire Patton Boggs – one of the largest international law firms – and completed a project for their office with an area of 490 m2. The choice of a cellular office layout was stipulated by the specifics of the company's activities: to lawyers, communication with clients and confidentiality of information are of particular importance.
 
The main idea of the space-planning and interior design project was to convey the conservative image inherent in law firms by combining minimalistic forms, contrasting textures, peculiar types of surface finish and an overall colour palette. The architects expressed the concepts of stability and confidence in the future through the strict forms and timeless classic design of the office.
 
Here, expensive high-quality materials and matte surfaces are skillfully combined with decorative elements made of rare wood. 

The project is a Best Office Awards 2022 nominee.

FARFETCH

FARFETCH Limited is a global online platform operating in the luxury fashion industry; it offers its international customers a selection of products from the world's best brands. When designing their office, we focused on the concept of "communication": the idea of teams in multiple offices across the world communicating with each other via design.
 
The historic building in Stoleshnikov Lane, where the office is located, is part of the Moscow cultural heritage, hence the limitations and difficulties in the design implementation: the outdated utility systems, the need to cooperate with other tenants, and costly design documentation.
 
We were faced with a task to turn a rather small room into a multifunctional space with  full-fledged working and executive areas, as well as VIP meeting rooms. The absence of cellular offices aims at making each employee feel part of a friendly team.
 
The eclectic interior of the office is a harmonious coexistence of unique design, one-of-a-kind rare furniture bought both in Russia and abroad, as well as custom-made décor items.

Ibis Hotel

As general contractor of this project, ARC was entrusted with designing a hotel that meets all international standard requirements.
 
The hotel has 240 rooms of various categories that are equipped with modern equipment. The hotel complex infrastructure includes two restaurants: Ibis Kitchen (offers both breakfast and round-the-clock a la carte service) and Ibis Budget (perfect for casual meetings or work, as well as for holding events).
 
The hotel interior style is Art Nouveau. Natural materials such as wood and stone are used in the public space décor.
 
The ARC company successfully coped with all the tasks set: the hotel now fully complies with the declared international standards.

SPA hotel Plaza

ARC acted as general contractor for the renovation project of the premium-class multi-purpose Plaza Hotel in Kislovodsk. 

The hotel interior style is Fusion; it combines elements of Art Deco and Neoclassical style. All public areas are decorated with various natural materials, such as brass, wood and stone. 

Every evening, the lobby bar turns into an art venue where artists and musicians perform, and movies are screened. This requires special sound conditions that were met with the help of a radius ceiling made of custom-ordered acoustic blocks. 

The renovation of a business centre, playrooms and a concert hall was part of the project. Plaza medical facilities (first-aid and diagnostic unit, Ayurveda centre and aesthetics spa) were completely reconstructed as well.
 
ARC also created a permanent structure – the Royale VIP lounge – in the restaurant area.

Polyus

Hired as general contractor by the Metadynea company, ARC performed a set of works on dismantling, finishing and engineering equipment of office premises with an area of 1000 m2.

Metadynea Russia is a manufacturer of synthetic resins used in a broad range of applications. Metadynea is part of the Metafrax Group of Companies.
 
A significant part of the Metafrax-produced methanol and its by-products is used by Metadynea in the production of formaldehyde resins that are widely used in mechanical engineering, automotive, tire and many other industries.

Metadynea

The project of finishing the office of the gold mining company "Polyus" was designed in a conservative style in strict accordance with the brand book of the company. Bright color accents that enliven the space and set the rhythm play a significant role in the design of this interior. The total area of the room is 636 m2 and includes an office, meeting rooms, recreation and kitchen areas.
Detailed design was performed within the framework of this project. It included the development of a full cycle of working documentation, including the Architectural Section and Engineering Systems.
The layout, created on the basis of the internal organization of the company, consists of open work areas, isolated work groups and closed rooms of different sizes.
As a result, the office of the Gold Mining Company "Polyus" received a modern, ergonomic and functional interior, which provides a high quality working environment for employees and reflects the company's image in accordance with the brand book.


ARC Company has completed renovation of the Branch of “Absolute Nedvizhimost” located at 54 Frunzenskaya nab. The office total area is 1527 m2.

In the capacity of the General Contractor, ARС Company completed the renovation works of the office space: demounting, finishing works and engineering equipment.

The office space style solution is neutral with a predominance of light shades. Over the area of 1527 m2, a part of the office space was demounted, and a new interior design was created taking into account the characteristics of a growing company.

Absolute Nedvizhimost

Absolute Insurance

ARC has completed the project for an American company in Moscow.
This project is interesting due to a reconstruction with elements of capital construction. ARC performed a full range of works on redevelopment of existing premises, capital repair, construction, finishing and engineering equipment of the customer's premises.  During the project realization all basic engineering systems of the building were replaced.
The object itself is part of the architectural heritage ensemble and the complexity of the project was to replace all internal dilapidated ceilings in order to preserve this beautiful building for many decades to come.


ARC completed the space-planning and interior design project and secured the necessary documentation for the Absolute Insurance premises with a total area of 2500 m2. The task was to develop an architectural concept, finalise an interior design project, as well as to prepare the design documentation. The ARC company took detailed measurements of the premises to obtain information about the particular features of the object and to identify possible limitations in the design.
 
The customer's wish was to have their office decorated in a "futuristic light-coloured minimalist high-tech" style, with the use of decorative lighting and the emphasis placed on specific accent areas. Other important tasks included changing the configuration of areas by using mobile partition walls, designing an open space with meeting rooms and executive offices, as well as making use of the already present furniture.

A separate entrance on the ground floor also had to be created so that the room could be accessed directly from the street. ARC successfully coped with all the tasks set, having implemented the project within the approved time frame.

Bayer

The ARC company efficiently completed a project to renovate two floors in the office of the international pharmaceutical company Bayer (total area: 3000 m2). The renovated space encompassed a variety of functional areas: an open-plan office, meeting rooms, rooms for team-building activities, a room for holding video conferences and presentations, as well as a kitchen/dining room. 

These functional areas, despite their open-space character and accessibility, are visually separated into a number of zones delineated by means of partition walls, lighting, flooring and sculptural rack ceilings. 

During the implementation of the project, all utility systems on the floors under renovation were replaced, together with the flooring and lighting equipment. Various acoustic solutions, such as felt wall panels, sound-absorbing furniture and suspended acoustic systems, were used to ensure the employees' comfort when working. 

To create an open-plan office on two floors, all cellular offices were dismantled and substituted by 34 cubicles equipped with all necessary utility systems: ventilation, air conditioning and TV. 

"Dinamo"

Company ARС completed the Dinamo Multifunctional Sports Complex project.
The Dinamo Multifunctional Sports Complex is an ambitious project aimed at creating a modern and versatile sports center providing opportunities for all-season sports activities, as well as for cultural and social events. The project is designed to meet the needs and expectations of both professional athletes and active lifestyle enthusiasts.
The sports complex includes the following infrastructure elements:
Soccer field with artificial turf 40 by 70 meters.
Ice arena for ice hockey (according to the National Hockey League standard) and figure skating measuring 26 by 60 meters with grandstands for 100 seats.
Gymnastics hall with grandstands for 400 seats. 
Sports grounds: a universal sports hall for basketball, volleyball and handball with grandstands for a thousand seats, as well as a combat sport hall with tatami and ring for boxing, mixed and martial arts.
Fitness Center: Specialized fitness center with exercise machines and areas for group programs.
There are also special rooms for athletes, including drying rooms for hockey equipment, skate sharpening room, as well as coaches' rooms, medical block with massage room and saunas, administrative rooms, cafe and conference hall.
The Multifunctional Sports Complex "Dynamo" will also be used for various events and activities such as conferences and other cultural and social events.

Pirogovo Residence

ARC has completed the construction of a country residence designed by Italian architects in Pirogovo Golf Club.
Their creative approach to design combined elegance and functionality, creating an atmosphere of luxury and comfort.
With their skill and experience, the Italian architects took into account the landscape and architectural style of the golf club to integrate the new building seamlessly into its surroundings. Their project embodied Italian design aesthetics with attention to detail, giving the residence a unique and distinctive look.
The residence is a magnificent complex located in a picturesque setting outside the city limits. It was designed as an ideal place for those who appreciate comfort and the beauty of nature. The residence is surrounded by forests on the banks of the river, which creates a unique atmosphere of privacy and peace.
The complex includes a sports club, indoor pool, bathhouse, wine room, movie theater, private forest park and more. 
The architectural design of Pirogovo was created using high quality materials and equipped with advanced technologies.

Silver Park residential complex

The ARC company successfully implemented a project in the territory of the Silver Park residential complex with the total area of the premises being 6555 m2. Functioning as the general contractor, ARC performed a full range of works on general construction, finishing and utility engineering.
 
Silver Park, a business class residential complex with a unique architecture, is located in the north-western part of Moscow in the environmentally friendly Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district. Serebryany Bor, a large forest park, and a vast body of water named Bolshoy Stroginsky Zaton, known for its picturesque views, are just a 10-minute walk from the complex.

Marshal residential complex

Hired as general contractor, ARC performed a range of works on general construction, finishing and system engineering, as well as created space-planning, interior design and design engineering projects for the Marshal residential complex with a total area of 3820 m2. 

The multifunctional residential complex is located on a large plot of land (6.3 hectares) in the most attractive and environmentally friendly north-western part of Moscow, close to Oktyabrskoye Pole and Panfilovskaya metro stations.
 
The developed infrastructure of the residential complex is based on the Live & Work concept. The residential buildings comprise only one third of the territory: the rest is a green zone consisting of trees that were preserved during the construction. There are walking paths, a fountain, and a number of playgrounds and sports grounds: a true oasis with its own unique vibe – right in the midst of a metropolis.
 
The 494 UNR company was founded in 1967. Over 55 years, it has built hundreds of thousands of square meters of various kinds of real estate: multi-apartment residential buildings, business-class residential complexes, social infrastructure facilities, educational institutions, industrial buildings.

The ARC company implemented a project for the Kutuzov Grad residential complex  with a total area of 9965 m2, having completed a full range of works on construction, finishing and utility systems installation of public areas and a parking lot.
 
Kutuzov Grad is a business class residential complex with a unique architecture. The territory is divided into zones and is set up according to the Safe Courtyard concept. Car owners make use of an underground parking lot equipped with the Klaus system.
